Information and purposes
We use your name, email, delivery address and order details to fulfil your purchase and provide support. Account passwords are stored as hashes. Email verification confirms ownership of your address. Verification records expire after one hour and are removed by our daily cleanup after a short grace period.
Legal bases
Order and account processing is necessary to perform our contract with you. Invoice records are retained for legal obligations. Security measures and fraud prevention serve our legitimate interests. Optional marketing requires a separate choice.
Service providers
Mollie handles payment information; we do not store card numbers. Resend delivers transactional email. Hosting, database, storage and delivery providers process the information needed to provide their services. Where information is processed outside the EEA, applicable transfer safeguards are required.
Selling a collection
We store your description and condition estimate to review your offer and respond to your account email. Do not include an address or phone number in the description. Settled submissions are removed after twelve months.
Retention and rights
We keep data for the stated purpose and applicable legal retention duties. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing us. We respond within one month, subject to applicable extensions. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Legal accounting records may need to be retained when an account is deleted.
