Products and prices
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Check the exact card condition, language and finish before ordering. Product descriptions form part of your purchase. Delivery and the complete payable total are shown for review before you continue to payment.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Unpaid reservations expire and items return to sale. If a payment is interrupted, use the saved order page rather than creating another order.
Delivery
We dispatch from Portugal to the supported EU destinations. Pickup is not available. See shipping and packaging for rates and delivery information.
Returns and problems
See our returns policy for withdrawal instructions and information about faulty or misdescribed goods. These terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
