Returns & withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that they wish to withdraw from an online purchase.
Request a return
Email nevergrowuplda@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You can use: “I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [items], order [number], received on [date].” We will provide the return address. Send the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
Refunds and postage
We refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Additional charges for a premium delivery choice are not refunded. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may reduce their value and the refund. Opening collectible packaging can substantially reduce its value. An authenticity seal alone does not remove your statutory withdrawal rights.
Faulty or misdescribed items
Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods remain separate from a change-of-mind return. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return instructions.
